It is always interesting to hear surrealists talking about "freedom". They meant something much different about it than we today

I wonder what part (if any) his childhood beatings had to do with his deafness. I adore his music and have deep feelings for the tortured genius.

This started my yoga journey at 16, way back when. I've practiced, studied, taught, and will return to this once more. An incredibly effective sequence, no added heat necessary. Wasn't taught with one initially anyway. 😊

86 yr old grandma here. Piano major in the 60s. Beethoven, my favorite. I'm so glad God harvested him into his barn at the end. Over there, Beethoven found the Father he never had. The gift he had was given him by God and none other. He gave it his life, his heart and his soul, and yes, his body. 100-fold fruit came from that one seed, and it's still bearing 200 years later. Now we know he died of lead poisoning.

I come back. I keep on coming back to watch this video. It's nostalgic. It also reminds me of old I am, sigh... The song is brilliantly crafted from the musicianship to the artists lending their voices to the lyrics. My only wish is that I hoped to have seen more footage of those awesome singers. Man, when that song/video came out I remembered feeling very proud to be Canadian. Times seem to be getting tougher for most these days in this complicated world the we all live in. This video reminds me that there was a time ago when things were a little less hectic. Like the sign on the door says, "Please check your egos at the door ". It would be cool if we could do the same. This is why I come back. Oh ya...throw in some compassion as well.

I liked The Beverly Hillbillies. But it should've ended two or three years before it did. Please don't misunderstand. It was a great show, but it just got a bit too silly, and lost its appeal towards the end of its run.
