Karen it’s a worry with your mum but hopefully the carers routine will get sorted out and mum will get used to it. It’s so easy to do the caring for her but let them do it if Floss allows them to 😊. You and Michele’s breakfasts looked yummy 😋😘xx

Carers do a brilliant job , such a shame you don't get the same ones for each visit , continuity wud be so much easier , although this isn't possible , all new at the mo , hope it all settles soon X

TV for the elderly is awful on a Saturday night especially when it’s dominated by sport 😂

Chelle with the magpie is me! Its a reflex with me to say hello to a single magpie or if I see 2 or more I let out an "ooh!" Makes who ever im with at the time laugh!

I feel you , I’m a carer & have done live in care work for the same man for 14 years , I live with him for 2 weeks then go home for my 2 weeks off , every time we look for cover carers I could bang my head against the wall because they can’t follow instructions or there’s no communication between the agency or staff ( he has had the same daily routine for nearly 40 years ) so his care should be easy especially as they are experienced carers but no , his mom used to say I wish we could clone you , don’t want to sound big headed but I am one of the carers that do actually care, it’s stressful enough for me so I can only imagine your stress levels as she is your mother , hopefully it’s just teething problems & will all run smoothly soon because you need to be looking after yourself too xx
