There are a bunch of different categories of disabled person that you can design for, people with mobility issues that struggle with closures, people who need their clothes to fit best while seated, people who have medical devices that their clothes need to fit around, people with sensory issues that need things like flat seams or seamless designs and specific textures, limb and body differences, plus sizes, little people, transgender people. There are really a wide range of interesting challenges you can pick from to design around.
