Hi thanks for the video. Out of curiosity what is the pressure set to on the compressor? I realize you’re doing small bursts to minimize potential for trouble. What style of attachment is that? I haven’t seen one that narrow. Thanks again!

For grips around 60-70 psi. The attachment is from harbor freight, comes in a "starter pack" for about $9.

@@3PuttBogey thanks for your reply and info. If you’re replacing your own grips that you’ve put on with air and masking tape, would you need to replace masking tape each year or if it’s in good shape, just blow a new grip on and then to your next club?

No need to replace any masking tape if its in good shape. From doing this for a while, my tip is to always add an extra wrap to the top 1inch of the club. Overtime you might see the butt end of the grip start to twist a few degrees. Adding that extra small 1 inch wrap keeps everything tight at the top. If youre using regular hardware store masking tape, youll need 2 layers to equal one normal layer of double sided tape. They do sell thicker masking tape on golfworks (its brown) if you want to skip doubling the layers of regular masking tape.

Depending on what you like. I'd go ts3 (9/10 forgiving, really easy to draw) or ts4 (6/10 forgiving, more shot shaping).

My shop taught me to inject the grip with a syringe. I have since started using the V tool but with the V facing the shaft. Will try the Air method next time

Good stuff...the syringe is a great tool to use as well for any 2 piece grips or putter grips. assists with not deforming the shape.

Having a tough time getting the head off the adapter is completely normal for ping clubs right out of the factory. Always have tap them to get the club head off. The white stuff is also normal and not necessarily epoxy. Taylormade tips are also notorious for that
