What do you consider a boss telling an employee “the issue I have about Mexicans is that they take the jobs away from people and that’s why my husband can’t get a job!” years later you leave the workplace due how intolerable she made it for you. Is this direct or indirect?

Update: As of April 2020 it is a legal requirement to put a statement of terms of employment (Employment contract) by day one of employment.
