Gaan ze het n beetje mooi aankleden ? Die hekken aan de straat zijn echt lelijk. Die houten wand ziet er heel goedkoop uit. Het is midden in de binnenstad, dus 'curb appeal' is belangrijk.

Its a cool idea. Be nice if it was 2 blocks long, but its cool that its just in the middle of the city, and isn't too expensive to ride. I read its $38-60 dollars an hour. Although you could probably just spend that money on gas and drive to the coast, idk much about surf in Netherlands. Hopefully they can keep it clean. Also nice its powered by renewable energy.

Longer wasn't an option in this location unfortunately. Waves here are very inconsistent and not great. This is a welcome addition for many

Our waves are absolutely worthless, mushy wind waves all year round. Except for the odd couple days a year. I surfed Scheveningen from the pier back in the 90s when it was actually a good hollow clean 6-8 feet. Never seen that again. Was pretty gnarly with the currents.

It doesnt look good tbh on video, deff gonna check it out myself before I pay for it. The wavepool of Korea for example looks way better as does the one in Australia. But I want to be optimistic, this is the beginning, i believe there is enough animo to make this a thing in the Netherlands.

Je zou je winter een keer hier in nieuw zeeland kunnen doorbrengen. Goede surf. 2 kusten dus de meeste dagen kan je een van de twee kanten surfen afhankelijk van de wind richting. Veel plekken zijn niet druk of je bent zelfs de enige. Tipje! Kicke en eerlijke docu. Super goed!
