I lived and grew up in the big megalopolis of Jakarta. But I love nature and dream of living in the countryside. After finishing my master's degree, I got married last year and now live in a small town in Provence, France, with my husband and two big cats. We live in a small house about 20 minutes by bus from the town center. We're lucky enough to be surrounded by nature, but not too far from the city. The first day in our house, I woke up to a real bird chirping and not a bird alarm ringing on my iphone. That's when I cried with joy. I also noticed that my stress level had halved in the last few days.

こんにちは、Tassoです✨ 今週もお疲れ様でした😊 今回は、京都で過ごした休日の1日vlogをお届けします♪ 私はまだまだ駆け出しのフリーランスで、休みを安定して取れるような状態ではありません。 気持ちも、今はひたすら突っ走りたいと思っているのですが…それでも日々の疲れが溜まってしまうことがあります。 それは身体の疲れに限らず、心・メンタル的な疲れも。 休みを取ることが怖い。 休んでる暇があったらやれ。 そういう気持ちも私自身すごくよく分かるのですが、 でもやっぱりいいパフォーマンス・仕事をするには「休む」ということはとても大事だと、社会人を10年以上やってきて感じています。 この休日は特にそんなことを感じた日だったので、動画の最後にも拙いながら言葉にしてみました。 特に今の時期は、新社会人の方や職場や学校などの環境が変わったりした人たちも多く、心も身体も疲れ切っている人がいるのではないでしょうか…？ どうか夜の間だけでも、週末だけでも「休むこと」を躊躇しないでくださいね。 それはこれからの長い人生でとても大切な習慣になってくると思うのです。 それでは、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。 今週も、本当にお疲れ様でした✨ Tasso. This time, I'd like to share with you a day vlog of a holiday I spent in Kyoto... ♪ I'm still a fledgling freelancer, and I'm not in a position where I can consistently take time off. I'm feeling like I just want to keep plugging away...but even so, there are times when I get tired on a daily basis. It is not only physical fatigue, but also mental fatigue. I am afraid to take a rest. If you have time to rest, do it your task. I understand this feeling very well, But after more than 10 years in the workforce, I feel that "taking a break" is very important for good performance and work. This holiday was a day when I especially felt that way, so I tried to put it into words at the end of the video. Especially this time of year, there are many new workers and people who have changed their work or school environment, and I am sure there are people who are exhausted both mentally and physically...? Please do not hesitate to "take a rest" even if it is only during the night or on weekends. I believe it will become a very important habit for a long time to come. See you again in the next video. This time, I would like to share with you in the video my daily vlog from last week and the skincare items that I had purchased from Q10 in March, as I received & used a set of them! The repeat items are the staples that have managed to support my skin that suffers from firmness, sagging and dryness...! I really recommend them ✊. And among my new purchases, I like Abib's face mask and Molvany's protein cream♡ Both were so good that I would consider repeating them ^^. If you have any recommendations for firmness and sagging skin, please let me know! I'm also exploring domestic brands, so I'm looking for information (lol)! I am suffering from cypress pollen, but I hope everyone is feeling okay. I hear that yellow dust is also getting worse, so let's both take care of our health and do our best!
