Do you like that they created a unique Monkey toy for the film? In the original story it's a Cymbal Monkey. I am glad they made something inspired by the original but it's a different new Drum Monkey

I think it’s more about casting an aged up T’Challa (aka Toussaint his son) not the the Chadwick Boseman character. It would no sense to trash Blscl Panther 2’s storyline here. Toussaint was introduced for a reason.

Black actors on the rise who don’t want to ruin their momentum?? John David Washington maybe they were trying to get the two for. Hire Denzel and allow him and John David to share the screen for Denzel last movie. Maybe Aldis Hodge… black Adam didn’t help him so maybe he doesn’t want to do any more super hero movies but he def has the look.

I also like how, while not as good as the original, the following two films are still fun to watch; however, seems like they're overwriting the sequels with this one, taking place only 18 months after the original movie.

If anyone ever does Remakes the classic zombie flicks, I want it to be how "Night of the Living Dead(1960)" was remade in 1996. Only key elements were updated; the woman wasn't just catatonic and screaming the entire movie like the original, and it was a believably fun cast. Then again, it was just George A. Romero remastering his own previous work, so it makes sense it worked so well.
