Played way to fast. It's a fast song, sure, but not that fast. I'm not impressed.

Good job, Josiah. But, please, take down that flag....the war is over. It would be a more peaceful world without those reminders around. Peace to you, brother.

That's my son. He was 15 when I shot this video. While I appreciate your compliment on his playing, have the sense to understand that this was not a political statement, just a simple video of a great old banjo tune. This flag was a gift and had hung on his wall in his room for quite some time. So in response to your flag comment, and your obvious insinuation of a planned motive for displaying it, that flag is part of our American history (a fact which, whether you like this or not, we simply are not at all concerned) in regards to a conflict that you obviously know little to nothing about. So enjoy the tune, which we hope you do, but keep your peripheral comments to yourself. If you can't do that, we invite you to display your ignorance somewhere else and go away.

@@GarryTyree Sir, I DO know a lot about what that flag represents. I was born and raised in the deep South.Through the 60s, I watched my fellow lazy and ignorant white brothers continuing to cause havoc 100 years later. Ignorant and disgusting behavior, and their legacy continues into this present political toil. That flag is now displayed nation/worldwide through your video...not just his bedroom. With that, you have now opened up yourselves to all comments and opinions from your audiences.

So is Vietnam but I’ll fly the Stars and Stripes proudly. Nothing wrong with a southern boy flying his battle flag

For me, it’s not the style of music she does; it’s the artist. I don’t really listen to other artists who sing or dance or play fiddle the way Hillary does, but for some reason I connect with what she does. If she stays on her path and doesn’t down water her art for monetary reasons, she’s going to build a huge audience, reputation, and legacy.

Awesome! I love the tone of this! I am glad I connected with you on KZbin, both your page and also when you are playing and singing with the group. I wish I could meet with all of you one day while on this earth, but Praise God I will see you in heaven. I have been in much prayer for you and your family in recent days. God Bless you Garry.

this is absolutely insane. The speed and power make the melody sing through. I only wish he had produced a lesson or played it slower so we could study the runs. The double thumb work is too hard to catch.
