I have applied for the Senior Prompt Engineer role (Shubhadeep) after seeing what you do, I feel that I can make a lots of contribution. I have previously worked on very similar problems albeit in a way less funnier company :)

Hello, I am Gourab Saha from India. I have an objection. I have applied for a job "Bengali AI Data Trainer" on 9th August, 2024. Then, I was selected to take an online English Assessment from Test Gorilla. I completed that Assessment. After that, I was rejected as I didn't pass the English Assessment. I would like to say that, it is very tough for a person whose Native language is Bengali and he speaks English like Americans. And it is really uncommon thing that a person whose Native language is Bengali and He/She knows English like Americans know. In this regard, I request you to change this system for those whose Native language is Bengali. If he/she knows English very well like Americans, then I can ensure you that he/she may not be the right fit for Bengali AI Data Trainer job, as the job is to be done in Bengali not in English. Having said that, I am also requesting you to degrade the Level of Advanced English Assessment to Basic English Assessment (At least he/she knows to write English).
