I have listened to more than 20.000 music in my life from all kind of different genre and for me this is the most beautiful music I have ever heard. Definitely one of my fav OST of all time. I have probably listened to it for over 1k times in the past few years since it was first released (I bought the album) God bless everyone that is involved in the production. edit: I'm talking about Inazuma Main Theme, I love Inazuma OST in general but the main theme is easily my personal fav

Man its such a colorful collection of instruments, sitar oud tabla tampur darbuka saz and so on, its like mid east india turkey altogether so yea it does sound like Aladdin or shehrazad in the first one i think they wanted to get us nostalgic a bit, they do references alot in their games and probably want every region to match expectations and Aladdin is truly what everyone was thinking about specially with collei manga appearance that was reminding me of magi's Aladdin, wide light pants and all that 😂 , but there are some tracks that get more creative

one thing you will notice is how casually they are dressed, this was meant as a more BTS performance. there is later video of them doing a more formal performance in the same hall for the battle and opera piece. there is also a video of the japanese one but it hidden away in some BTS video. always cool to see the earlier redition of the work and how it evolve to the finalised version.

Love the reactions! Actually, the most recent live orchestral concert in Shanghai would be perfect for you to react to next! It contains some of the best handpicked representative Genshin songs from every region till date so it'll really give you a taste of Genshin's amazing OSTs in a nutshell from it's start till the current version, with all cultural regions and their worldly musical influences properly incorporated, in a live performance. Not just regional themes are being played but also individual character themes, bosses, trailer, battle themes etc. are in the concert too. The concert link below: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iJjGgISlYrmslas

Really happy to see you listening to more Genshin OSTs. As another commenter mentioned, it would be great if you could listen to the less "mainstream" ones like the boss and city themes. Listening to the albums starting from the oldest one might be a good way if you're not sure where to start with that, of course that's only if you're interested! They have a wide range of music styles, and some of the tracks are slightly reminiscent of classical pieces and/or composer styles (off the top of my head, one example is a recently added battle theme sounded like Vivaldi, and there may have been one similar to Satie's Gymnopedie iirc). Thanks for the videos! :)

I've been loving the Genshin reactions! The live performances are amazing to watch and give you a sense of the region in just 1 or 2 songs. Do you plan on doing reactions to any boss fights, combat themes, city themes? OR just the live performances? I love the live performances, but with 1100+ tracks now and counting, some of the best get buried, and I'd love for the underrated tracks get some spotlight!
@michelleeverbloom11 күн бұрын
I love how you want some of the underrated tracks to get some spotlight! I want to cover as many tracks as possible and if I can have your patience, I will get to those eventually! Please feel free to link the URL of the specific song(s) you are interested in having me cover.

@@michelleeverbloom I'd be delighted to have some of these gems be recognized! I don't think there's a single song in Genshin that I don't like, so I could make and endless list, but these are a few that I think aren't nearly talked about as much as I think they should be(thats kinda hard with nearly 1200 songs though lol). A lot of these songs are just used to set the tone for the area they are taking place in. They don't grab your attention like the city, battle, boss themes do; but I think they set the mood for the areas they represent brilliantly all the same. It might not be the theme or sound you're looking to showcase, but all these songs make me feel very emotional. So even if it's for your own entertainment, I hope you can enjoy and appreciate them! Strictly speaking, the traditional Japanese drum should be called Wadaiko (和太鼓). Taiko in Japan as a general name for the "drum". That is to say, any drum in the world can be called taiko, like Western Taiko (西洋太鼓), Korea taiko, Chinese taiko and so on.

I'd say one of the reasons I sometimes stand still for 30 minutes in a specific ingame area is just to appreciate the music. The battle and boss themes are especially good. I suggest you check out some boss themes, these ones are tame compared to those. Also, I suggest you check out some of the concerts, it's a long sit but it's worth it, they're so good! I guess one of the reasons Genshin has become so popular is its music, the way they merge traditional instruments with pop/edm/sometimes even dubstep and drumnbass is amazing.
