Minced meat, then all spices, etc etc. Add water. Cook 10 minutes, pressure cooker. Then half cup oil and fry---- then add peas,fry peas. There are so many ways to cook all this. Cover, cook on medoum heat. Then spices again--- AGAIN SPICES?? !! WHY SPICES TWICE??
