Are you not allowed to fix the zig zag part because this will be sold as an open box item or do you think the zig zag part is acceptable for wearing? I ask because i had a bit of a prob with getting the part right on mine. I'm not sure why....I'm a bang girl and don't know much about the parts in no bang wigs like Santa Monica. I think it looks okay. How many people look at the top of your head anyway? But I'd rather a straight part. Just can't get that on my SM. I also have Lia II, and didn't have the same problem. And, in my mind, they're very much the same style wig. Just diff brands?❤

Marlene, it is my understanding there is permatease like hair (or some would call it backtease) at the nape of the neck. Something that Jon Reneau tends to do. Not sure why but wish they didn't. Makes it itchy to me at the neck. Thank you for your reviews!
