@@thebeadgallery Thank you Jamie. I want to use this to make bracelets and necklaces from 4-6 mm gemstones and I don’t want to knot between each bead. I don’t like working with the modern beading wires. Is this product a good choice for stringing? I would end the same as knotted pearls.

We like to use a minimum thickness of 16 gauge to teach beginners, but 14 and 12 is our preferred gauge for strength. Yes, tumbling is how we do it, but if you don't have a tumbler, then don't let that stop you! Hammering will harden it enough for personal wear :). good luck!!!
