You don't have to open the pumpkin to determine ratio. Just jack up the rear end, mark the driveshaft, mark the tire, turn the wheel, count revolutions of wheel and driveshaft, do the math.

My father was issued one of these 53 vehicles when he was doing a survey for a dam in the Hunter Valley...in Australia! It was Right Hand Drive , of course. When it was replaced years later it was still like new. I would buy this one in a flash if I could get it home...LHD or not. I hope it finds a good home.

Studebaker made some of the most beautiful pickups ever. They were built better than the gm ford and dodge trucks. The 40-41 coupe express were probably the sexiest trucks ever made. I’d kill to have this
