I just love how Gen Z been like: "Why is everybody hating on us?!" And now they are hating on Gen Alpha like nothing (not all, but most of them)

diversity in the workplace should have nothing to do with who i choose to be in bed with. there's no reason for the lgbtq+ flag to be representing diversity. otherwise, great video.

I agree, although LGBT are favored in some instances, they're still discriminated against in many job situations.

0:40 couldn't someone have reasonable cognitive capacity and still be fully subject to this phenomenon? Seems like one could be cognitively capable but "blinded", for example.

Absolutely, you make a valid point! The Dunning-Kruger effect doesn't necessarily hinge on cognitive capacity alone; it's more about the meta-cognitive skills to assess one's own abilities accurately. So, someone with reasonable cognitive capacity could indeed be "blinded" by overconfidence. It's a fascinating aspect of human psychology. Thanks for engaging with the content!

@@thetrainingminute that makes sense! Thanks for posting and taking the time to clarify!

I think the biggest example of the Dunning-Kruger effect are so-called 'experts' thinking they know everything and that anyone outside of their field talking about it must be "stupid" and "ill-informed". There's always more to learn. It may be uncommon but even non-experts can contribute.
