The parent leaves the baby about midnight 24 hrs after you have the baby (I think). It’s actually really sad. The light comes on and they watch the baby for a little while then float away. They could at least say goodbye when the baby’s awake 😂

I have that butterfly thing too but I don’t have any items even though I bought the octopus and something else (forgotten what). I assumed it was because it was too young but you have them at the same stage. Now I’m confused
