I have a property I am trying to update but receiving this message "To bring you the most up-to-date housing information, we’ve recently changed how we receive listing data. As a result, for some off-market homes, including yours, editing home facts is not currently available. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work on improving this experience." Is there a way to edit facts? Why can i edit other properties but not this one?

Jeff, what if you did not add sq footage, but took it down to the studs and did a complete floor plan change and upgraded everything?

You can claim the property if you have not done so already, then in the home facts section you can enter the "structural remodel year". I have also seen that if you upload photos of the home, it has made a positive impact on values too. I hope this helps.

The property just closed at $2,912,000. Insane that this house was originally listed for $14,500,000 in 2014, yes 10 years ago and sold for under 3 mil.
