I have always enjoyed doing the Wizard's Walk contra dance to the Jay Ungar tune Wizard's Walk. But dancing it with caller Virginia Varland calling at Winter CDH (and me dancing in the lady's role for want of women!) made it even more magical with experienced dancers mirroring one another other up & down the set, often in a bold and dramatic way. And all this to the Jay Ungar tune by the same name as played live by Drive Train! Virginia Varland, you are a natural caller. Come back and call again for us at 2024 Winter CDH! 👌
