Great fragrance (in my opinion) I got this fragrance a couple of weeks ago and it could be an underrated fragrance, if only the longevity was better.

@@Jakob28473 I agree completely, if it had about double the sillage and longevity I think this would be a beast! The entire Mont Blanc collection is quite good overall though when taking the price into consideration, most are only about $30 but middle eastern frags have the game on lock rn, especially with EDPs and Extraits for the same price point

@@adamlolham1895 I agree I've purchased 3 fragrances from Maison Alhambra and none of them even smell like the fragrance they're cloning. My favorite clone houses at the moment are definitely Paris Corner, Al Haramain and Fragrance World

@@amarcord1988 It's a great scent! Everyone's skin is different so you might have a better experience with something like Art of Arabia 1 or Amber Oud Aqua Dubai Extrait since they're both clones of the same fragrance!

@@adamlolham1895 I've tried it a few more times and it's still not for me haha it's still a bit too soapy for my tastes. It gives me like a fresh lightly spiced soap scent

EDP lasts way longer on my skin than the parfum. After about 3-4 hours, I could only smell the parfum if I touched my nose to my skin. Wasn’t impressed. EDP and Elixer are beasts

The Oakmoss in SNOI can be cloying if you overspray. I like CDNI in warmer weather.

@@jimmy5634 I agree for sure! That mossy dry down can easily get cloying and since it's so multifaceted it's unwearable if you reapply but the opening is definitely good

@@hmf33 I own both and they're very similar in my opinion, I would give an edge to the intense however the original does have a pressurized atomizer which the intense does not if thats important to you. The scent profiles are nearly identical though just about an hour or two more performance out of the intense

ive smelt khamra but its wayyy to sweet for me, does the qahwa version become as sweet in the dry down too?

@@adamlolham1895 Qahwa in general is much less sweet to my nose than the standard Khamrah. Less Pastry like and more expensive spiced vanilla coffee like. It's an oily chocolate dry down on warmer days and a slightly toned down version of its opening on cooler ones

Slightly sweet it's moreso fresh and fruity with hints of woodiness but there is some sweetness there from the Tonka bean mixed with fruits! 😄 It's a great signature and daily to have on hand!

@@kiweeh2805 yep it's got blackcurrant that does a decent job at recreating it and the performance is about 2-3 hours less than the sample of imagination I have but still lasts me about 6 hours 😄

@@HabibiFragrance well then, i hope you got a good one in this case, because as per 2022 IFRA decided to make a new regulations regarding the fragrance compound Butylphenyl Methylpropional which is deemed as a dermal sensitive agent.. which results in the Afnan complying to said regulations by getting the SNOI reformulated (or watered down) for the next batches.. that caused its projection and longevity to be weakened by quite a margin. you can try to look that up on IFRA standards' 49th amandement

I got the newer version of this fragrance. It doesn’t last long on my skin and doesn’t project that well I really need to overspray it to really smell the fragrance. Even so it didn’t last that long compared to other cheaper fragrance that I have.

Yes, I've noticed that these really need a lot of time to mature (3-6 months) before they get much better which is rare for a middle eastern house cologne, which typically only takes a few weeks maximum to reach its potential

Disappointed with al haramain laventure intense performance, a good 1 hour and then poff gone like David Copperfield. Will give afnan supermacy a try one day as I am really satisfied with afnan 9pm performance and longevity. I’m considering armaf CDNIM but maybe I should stick with fragrance house that are more familiar to me. Great review you just got yourself a new subscriber.

Thank you so much! Supremacy Not Only Intense has insane projection in comparison, to the point that I get tired of the scent on my skin and oftentimes will take a shower after 7 or 8 hours when it turns from Aventus into much more of a hacivat type of cologne 😅

Projects like crazy at night for about 5-6 hours, during the day I'd say the sun brings it down to 3-4 hours
