@@hotice6999 Wind the coils before assembling the 4 pieces into one ring! Also, use a very dark filament when printing the parts! Reason: the photoresistors I used to trigger the coil, is very sensitive to light and it effected the switching on and off the circuit. Do you have the schema for the project, or are you making your own version? I have the first version here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/h5e5knavrLilZ5o&ab_channel=TonyFleming Go here for the schema, if you need to have one: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q3_FfWaqh7-Yg7M I screenshot the video that I froze and printed the schema. Bno085s are more WAY more precise with less drift, and bmi270s are also more precise but better with faster movement. I would recommend a Bno085 for this project.

Tony how does test worked out? I have same issue with this model it literally working 5 mins (or less) before shutting down coz of overheating
@tonysfun2 ай бұрын
It helps, but I have my basement also at 65F -70F degrees, so it doesn't overheat like it did before. If you work in wormer temps I would also recommend to put an a external fan that will cool it also. Try first the external fan and measure the temp of the air pump and after the fan is cooling the air pump. If it is cooling it enough than you don't need to add the fan in the back. I mounted the air pump on a larger tank (I bought on a garage sale and the compressor wasn't working anyway) so I have more air in reserve.

Also look under the entire hot end and see if you don't have some kind of filament and or debris inside the hot end. How long do you have the printer? What did you print when the problem started? Let me know what happend.

Not everyone has needs like yours, based on all the printers you had and have. But for the money, my Bambu X1C is the perfect printer, and I'm very happy with it. None of my other printers can do what my Bambu printer does in resolution, quality, strength, speed .... and simplicity is included! I'm not thinking that my choices are perfect for everyone! @@josephp1592 the filament changer on the bamboo printer is sooo loud. My tattoo artist paints all my prints....and large prints like basket ball hoops and trash cans I hydro dip and donate to the community centers ☺️☺️. Also I'm not looking for speed. I need quality at a larger scale. I enjoy 3 day prints. On your printer you have to cut the large scale prints in half and then sand and glue together. Hahaha. I can do I can do 50 Harry Potter book marks in one go. It would take you 2 times to print 50 book marks on the bambu....which is more wear and tear on the printer. 😎😎
