Blueberry lavender milk at Trader Joe’s is delicious more like lite blueberry taste! It’s delicious, ok so you didn’t get much for $100 I can get a ton of stuff from. Aldi! But they don’t always have health options ! Trader Joe’s is good for that!

finally a mom who knows whats good for her kids! sick of these moms defending junk food saying "theyre kids and dont need to worry about that" junk food catches up to them healthwise if thats all they learn young.

I definitely think we should be establishing healthy habits now bc it absolutely will catch up with them. They do get some junk here and there. It’s inevitable. But I really do try to focus on giving them real meals made from Whole Foods. I cook everyday for them bc I love making sure they’re fed well, eating out is expensive, and fast food is terrible for you. 💛
