2 biggest things I need that aren't talked about are: #1 how to comp the property on the phone while your talking to the seller. #2. Where do I get a good real estate contract to use, that is investor friendly.

I love how you're being honest about the business of wholesaling. So many youtubers will put "make $10,000 in 10 minutes wholesaling" but they never show everything else that goes into the business. One thing they never mention is earnest money haha

Okay, but why are you mentioning this here? What does this have to do with Propstream? Is Propstream able to provide the data for these 12 states? I can't tell based on your short video. Very misleading title. I'm here for information as I'm considering getting Propstream or Property Radar. I'm not sure why you made this video... Does disclosure have something to do with whether it can do business or not? So confusing.

Yep. You could export the MLS list and import it into a tool like Launch Control and start an SMS campaign with them

Your problem is trying to help people out. It's not your job to help someone with the documents, you're sole purpose is to be a middle man and get that contract off to a buyer. Also if you require a team of people to whole sale, you probably shouldn't be wholesaling

Good question! There are a number of tools you can use to verify.. it should definitely be public and available at your country assessors office etc.
