I’ve done it both ways but I find it’s better on low cooking for 8-10 hours. And it’s always even better tasting the next day!

lol that is some ghetto repair work right there. 😋😆 Pretty good money saving fix though. However, if you can afford quartz countertops I'm thinking you can likely afford a pro fix on this one. But in these times you take what you can get amiright?
