I've seen them many times at many ages, but I'm SOOOOO grateful I got to see them on this tour at the height of their awesomeness. Saw them at my college in Pullman WA that tour and it was AMAZING!

Not sure exactly how but their live performances started sounded worse and worse after 1984 for whatever reason. Their albums sound fine. I just can't understand how they can sound so good in 1983 and get worse each year live. This is not a good live band if you people think they are then you do not know what a good sounding live band is. And this is one of my favorite bands but they do not sound good live. I am sure it is Joe's vocal's and the sound engineer but it all sounds so horrible live UUGGHH Listen here to Hysteria it sounds horrible and nothing like the studio version and a great band sounds great live and on their album but Def Leppard does not pull that off not even close. But they did in the beginning of their career way back in the very early 80's that is what perplexes me. But I still think of them as one of my top bands even though they do sound horrible live sorry guys.

Man this is great. I obviously wish it was better quality but all the recordings from the swans are dead era are like this, which is a shame because it really is the best live music ever recorded.

I remember seeing them play in London. I'd spend days working to a deadline and was utterly exhausted by the time the gig happened. I dragged, my equally exhausted friend Barry along on the night. I had to be there. The band made a point of mentioning us on stage. Two guys who are disinterested and not into being here they said. We got targeted and verbally abused...but I still stayed and still loved this band...until they sold out.

Janet Gardner has such an amazing voice. Perfect!
