My imstructor told me cruise control is allowed in driving test and the that the examiner will be happy to see you using it. Not sure yet. I am yet to take my test coming March
@SignalDrivingSchool5 күн бұрын
In Australia, cruise control isn’t typically allowed during the driving test, as the focus is on full vehicle control. It’s best to confirm with your instructor or test center, especially if you're outside Australia. Good luck with your test in March!

Thank you for explaining how to drive a manual. This will be very usual information as I'm learning to drive a manual at the moment. 👍

It’s hard for me to trust you considering the very first clip of you backing in shows you clipping an imaginary parked car’s bumper 😂

Okay, so if you're trying to cross over two lanes (Melb), getting hit with a straight wheel will put you right into the traffic, making you vulnerable from the side. Wouldn't having a turned steering wheel pivot you and lessen the impact?

Don’t you teach your students to turn on the left or right hand signals when turning and changing lanes?
@jrhtx77714 күн бұрын
I started watching your driving lessons because I live in the USA but I’m going to be traveling to The Cotswold in England and I’m going to rent a car. I haven’t been able to find anyone in the United States (yet) that teaches you to drive on the right hand side of the road in . I just wanted to know if you would gear some of your lessons to people who are traveling abroad and want to rent a car, but are use to left hand driving. Want to learn right hand driving. Thank you.

I live in the USA, and I’m traveling to the UK, and I want to rent a car, but I have never driven on the right hand side. I know you do lessons for right hand drivers. You should also gear your lessons to people who want to travel abroad and have never driven on the opposite side of the road. Just a thought.

It is missing: Not physically looking back when reversing. Well, I failed because I did straight reverse only with the camera and mirros. Not sure if this is relative to the driver instructor, but it was my case. He said, it should be 80% looking at the back, mirrors are secondary.
@CesaR-nq5qq17 күн бұрын
If you fail, you can re do it the day after but you may have to wait up to 4-6 weeks for the next available test. Some Rural areas might be 1 or 2 weeks.
@CesaR-nq5qq18 күн бұрын
25:00 I failed my practical test because I didn't physically turn my head and body to do straight reverse. I was told, it should be 80% check with my body/head, mirrors are just secondary. The other channel I follow doesn't stress this enough.
@CesaR-nq5qq18 күн бұрын
I watch another channel/driver instructor and he never mentions that shoulder check is a NCDE that can lead to failing the test. And I was marked several times in my test because of this. I should have watched this channel only. 😅

3:38 What if there was a car coming and you are on the slip lane? Do you have to wait?
@nateroberts330818 күн бұрын
Do a video doing that in a classic without power steering 😂 you never turn the wheel without the car being in motion also in America every thing you said is opposite. And not everyone has a back up cam like you do so it kind of ruins the lesson as you are using an aid

Thank you for this. My test is in Zilmere as well on February 12, 2025. I have plot out the routes you have driven in Google maps. This is to help anybody who is learning follow through and review should they wish to use this video as a guide. See below. You will have to plot the following in Google Maps: -TMR Zilmere or the test center -Strathdale Street -3 Strathdale Street -46 Hutton Road - Domino’s Pizza Aspley -301 Elison Road -Geebung Station -Back to TMR Test Center Note: As Google only allows 9 stops to be inputted in Maps. I have not included the streets he used when making the 3 point turn and the U-Turn. I hope this helps. I’ll post another update come February 12, 2025 to see how it goes.

I thought speeding at any point was a critical error? Or can it only be a minor error if you adjust immediately?
