Thought of another thing after my comment, comparing the transient speeds of a subwoofer can really truly happen in real life on a double bass array or with Waveforming. I’ve got a double bass array made with 4 super crappy pro-audio subs that are tuned around 50hz. But they sound phenomenal in a DBA. It’s sounds crazy to think about having so many subs in a room but there’s nothing like it. No hyperbole. You simply can’t beat physics and right now, the best subwoofer placement is a DBA.

Click bait and basically just reading the product’s webpage. No testing. I’ve installed SVS subs in customer HTs and they rock. The app is awesome. But GSG Audio is where it’s at. Far more performance for the cash than SVS offers. As a side note, JTR does push for SPL but they also offer subs that have extremely low distortion. Less than SVS for competing subs. There’s a reason why they charge what they do. For a commercial sub, the only sub that bests JTR is Perlisten’s D-Series. However, if you’re willing to put in the work, GSG Audio is by far the best offering. Cool video.

I can give you my review of it after a month of owning it if you want. Also, it's spelled misleading. Not "miss leading". Unless you were being cheeky and were calling the sub a woman and it being a leading subwoofer in its class. I highly recommend this sub so far. Just gotta make sure that nothing on it fails after 6 months to a year, and I'd give it an A+. I guess how I use my subs can cause lower priced subs of the same specs to die quite easily. Just depends on build quality of all parts. If this outlasts my last sub, then it's WELL worth the price.

lol when you see the price of other home theatre subs this is not bad. Considering a lot of high end subs will cost 5000, up tp 20000; 3000 doesn't sound bad at all

Would really like to see how it does against my Paradigm Servo 15V2 but like you said, way too much coin here in Canada. My buddy lucked out and EFL offered him a PB17 that had been slightly damaged in shipping for $3k all in, looking forward to going to his place to see what the hype is all about. PS the comparison I'd want to do is the SB17 vs the Servo v2, I know the PB will annihilate the Servo.
