Its weird. You can't find 1 picture of Josh lajaunie after 3 years ago. All you hear is his voice. Nothing after 2021 . I'm wondering 🤔 why? No instagram, no facebook, nothing new. Why is that? Did he go back to his old lifestyle. Did he put all the weight back on? I'm so curious, because he was so inspiring. I'm just curious

39:11 i first thought of "pilin kiwen" as a heavy feeling, and then after more like "feelings that are weighing you down", and then i sorta likened that to "tiredness"

though on second thought i think "pilin suli" would show "feelings that are weighing you down" better

Love this podcast! Thank you for interviewing Dr. G. I follow her and listen to her all the time as I love her and her husband's educational DNA for those of us who expect that level of intellectual capacity but with the blinkers off / blinders open / eyes wide open, not shut from systemic brainwashing thereby not really practicing true logical, analytical, data based, evidential problem solving.

Very interesting conversation. I believe that Toki Pona can change your vision of the world, for the better, and that despite its simplicity, it allows and even encourages you to go deep inside of you, in order to understand yourself and the world. I share jan Usawi's interest in layering multiple meanings in lyrics and other texts. You can definitely express complex and dark thoughts in this cute little language, and it may thus be a tool for healing and growth. Learning and using other languages expand your mind, and Toki Pona makes those processes very fun. pona tawa sina tu. sina pona la mi pilin pona suli kin.

It’s great to see mainstream physicians digging into the medical literature and sharing it with the public even though they were never really taught about it in medical school or during residency! Many thanks to Benny and Maya for informing us about the ways to reduce the risk of prostate cancer with good eating habits and through a more healthful lifestyle! The prostate research about soy is supported by Dr. Kristi Funk’s research on breast cancer….Bravo!

This conversation really hit on something very special about you, Howie: how you embody dazzling 'star' qualities and also restraint (or whatever you call it)... Sounds like it was both what your Dad taught you about who you 'should' be and your 15 year old experiences that set you up for playing small. So wonderful that you shared vulnerably for your own learning and for us! Can't wait to see balloon hat' Howie finding the limelight more! Thanks for sharing this! ~ Marian

25:10 I don't see color. I guess that makes me a racist. Very disappointing. MLK taught us to judge people by their actions, and not act bigoted towards people that are a different skin tone. That is all 'not seeing color' means. It doesn't mean I'm a racist. Is he trying to alienate half the population?
