I found running the pool pump 3 hrs ON 3hrs OFF stops algae as well as a chlorine puck in the chlorinator. I used to run it at night but got algae. I’ve never had algae since.

Mine looks slightly different to yours. I think I have a later model. The instructions told me nothing and the print is way too small for anyone to read even with a magnifying glass. It didn't say where to put the water in. It only came with one filter but didn't say it needed to be changed, it just said to rinse it. Thanks for your video.
