it's normal. The Hmong who fled the war asked for a land identical to Laos to be able to plant their fruit and vegetables. So they proposed French Guiana (Fab kis av me). the Hmong in there become rich thanks to their merchandise because they are the main people who feed French Guiana. It certainly looks like Laos but they are the richest 😁

You should look up the documentary on how hmong people ended up in French Quyane after the war. Like hmong everywhere, they've contributed to the Guyanese economy tremendous. Definitely a place in would like to visit.
