Hi, no unfortunately I couldn't, the mounting tabs were miles off, I got this fan shrout in the hope it would work, as she never had one, so I initially just had it sat in, to see if it would work. I will have to make some mounting brackets for it at some point. But she holds temps nicely, so I am in no panic 🙂.

@Tomoff1Gaming that is a volvo bottle from the P2 5 cylinder turbo models ranging from 2000-2009 I believe. Had it on one of my spare engines as this car came a m3 one that was bulky and wouldnt bleed properly. Works great and tucks away nicely into the engine bay.

I could never get my self to scrap her and always felt bad after selling the engine and cat. She deserves a new lease of life. Thanks for watching @dave_gowan

Have read everywhere you can’t rebuild the driveshafts did you have any issues with the new ujoints?

I love you bro lol. You are a God send. Long story short i bought a brand new set of axles for my e28 and one of them all the ball bearings were out. I tried to put them in and was wondering why it wasnt moving freely as they should. I saw where you said how to match the race to the cage and boom I was in business. So many little quirks with Volvos. Leaky sunroof tubes, leaky tailgate seal, suspension issues, rubber timing belt, head liner delaminates, having to remove a splash guard just change the oil. Buy a Toyota and never have to put a wrench to it. Volvos are junk!

I suppose all makes and models have issues, even Toyotas aren't spared from regular maintenance. And I can't afford to buy a Supra, it's the only Toyota I want 😅

Hi @MisterSmokii , I have a silencer delete and decat 3" downpipe on standard 16T turbo with front mount intercooler with 2.5" piping with cone filter and remap.

She is a 2003. I do love this car most reliable thing I ever owned, pushing over 300hp for the last 7 years with no issue on the original clutch with over 210k miles on it. It never missed a beat. Next mod will be the rest of the exhaust k24 turbo and green injectors with a stage 3 clutch. That should see around 350hp should be enough for a daily. You should do the Stage 0 with new PCV service, plugs etc before modding as you will blow cam seals ask me how I know 🙈

What upgrades have you done to hit 320bhp? 19t turbo Maybe? And where have you had it mapped ?

Nice I went for facelift S60 T5 B5244T5 M66 (260) currently 360hp I did: 3" Stainless steel Turbo back exhaust : 3" catless Downpipe 200 cell sport cat Non resonator Do88 intercooler Do88 intercooler hard pipes and silicone hoses 3" Snabb intake Audi Rs4 MAF Jetex performance air filter S60r/v70r green injectors Maped safety to 360hp and 580Nm

Those are amazing power numbers, and they sound like very affordable upgrades too. I might consider some of those in the future. Thank you for sharing. What turbo are you using ?
