I don’t know about these but I have a pair of Dali Opticon 1 MK2 and I love them, the best speakers I have ever had, and I’ve had KEF, Bowers, Monitor Audio, Revel, never owned really expensive speakers though, all $1,200 or less

I would deffo dampen this floor with some solid and rough textured rug or thick mat. The way it is now makes the sound too harsh due to the reflections from what seems like stone tiles on this floor. Also some acoustic dampening behind the speakers breaking up those flat walls would be beneficial for this system´s sound reproduction. All these flat and unforgivingly hard sufaces gives enourmously distress to the listeners ears and eventually listening fatigue. Just my two cents.

You probably have too much of sound reflection in that room, don’t you? Good gear, but you are not getting the most out of it because of reflections. Put some rug on the floor at least, and then treat your walls a bit too. Painful to watch this otherwise.

With this kind of uninspired chosen music, it's normal to not hear nothing different. He put a big subwoofer for demonstrate a music without nor a minimal bass. That's the classical definition of a: noob

I am listening to your music source, your amp, the Oberons, your room acoustics, the mic you recorded this with, the DAC of your recording device, the DAC in my iPad, the amplifier in my iPad and the built-in speakers from my iPad, all at the same time. So what does this tell me about the quality of the Oberons? Nothing…
