The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.

Amazing video! Thank you question tho, you say you have never seen higher than 80/20 on commission split! I’m a student getting my license in LA, a lot of brokerages here have a cap, where it might be 70/30 until you hit a goal number say 2/2.5 million but then you get to keep 💯 % after you made your brokerage their money. average home price in a lot of neighborhoods is upwards of 1.3/1.8 million so it’s different than an agent in other areas. My question is do you see things like this in your area as well or is that a Southern California thing?

I'm nearing retirement on my career and want to start realty over the last few years that are left so I can take my time. My friend just began and is doing his first major showing. Wow, that is super accurate, I agree with all the things you said. This should be required watching for anyone BEFORE they even sign up for RE School. I had a dad who was in RE for 35 years so I saw alot of these things through him, but I hate when someone tells me that I have an easy job and that Realtors are just making money hand over fist all the time . UGH It's hard, it takes serious dedication all the time and you have to learn to pivot with each different market. So is it easy? NO! Is it rewarding? Yes! Is it for everyone? NO WAY! From a seasoned Realtor to you, I think you have a great attitude and you get the things that will make you great- Always put your clients first. You are going to rock it, and I have lots of confidence in you! Thanks for sharing!
