Damn, never seen anyone so happy about having AMD. Not to be rude, but why in hell are you laughing about this? Your attitude about this is actually annoying and impossible for me to continue watching the video. Btw, everyone has some small holes in their retina, not just those with lattice degeneration. I was told I had LD in 2000 and my ophthalmologist never even mentions it to me anymore. Told me not to worry about it. Anyway, all the best for you.

Per Dr. Sharyn Rossi, BrightFocus Foundation’s Director of Scientific Programs, Neuroscience: “Some science has shown that caloric restriction can increase longevity and be beneficial for brain health/function. Caloric restriction changes the way your body processes fuel shifting from glycolysis to ketosis. It also causes many downstream genetic changes that influence inflammation, metabolic function, cellular support and survival, and genes associated with longevity. It is always important to ensure you are consuming the correct macronutrients and vitamins and minerals as recommended by your health care professional. Malnutrition can result in cognitive problems similar to dementia symptoms.” Thank you for your question & all the best!

Thank you for your question. Leqembi received full approval from the FDA on July 6, 2023. It’s intended for people who have mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia and are shown to have amyloid present in their brains. Please talk to your healthcare provider if you have questions or concerns about Leqembi. For more information about Leqembi, please visit bit.ly/3reLPOn.

Can lequimbi be put into a pill form?
@BrightfocusOrg8 ай бұрын
Leqembi is not available in pill form. Leqembi is given through IV infusion every two weeks. It is available at certain infusion centers across the U.S. Each infusion lasts about an hour. Leqembi is given through IV infusion so that it more easily gets to the brain. Please talk to your healthcare provider if you have questions or concerns about Leqembi.
