The ink tank system appears to be much better than the cartridge system kzbin.infoUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 and a lot cheaper to run. The machine was easy to set up. A small point but I thought they'd be a USB cable included to help with the set up but there was none. I've been using it now for a few weeks and it seems like a good product and superior to my previous printers which were all troublesome HP machines.

How reliable is it. All I need is a basic mono printer, I don't need wireless, duplex, colour printing, scaning, or faxing. Is it possible to have such a simple device be reliable, or do you only get the reliablity with the more expensive printers that have features you don't need?

you installed it wrong, i just installed the same one. you have to unscrew the two halves of the ball and then unscrew another screw and put the arms inside the car and screw the boot on the outside and put it back together. this is very loose and will fall out the way you did it. i was able to get mine rock solid.
