I wish I could, but I get incredible motion sickness if I play games in first person. To the point that I’ve used motion sickness glasses to play video games. 😂

Awww, I'm so glad you like listening to this as you work. The wheel and a proper gas pedal will come one day and then I am sure the driving will become MUCH more chaotic.

I have skills. I also learned from the first time I played HK that I lead with my face. It’s a blessing and a curse. I ended up just banishing NKG because I decided not to bash my head up against that fight when I still have a few pantheons to break my face against. 😂

@@keepercgc well, I mean, if you've already reached NKG it means you got the skills; for me it only took me like 70ish tries to beat NKG. Just beated it yesterday, it took many tries but when you REALY understand the timing of the attack patterns, it is a funny fight

First of all? why would you use weaver song???????? It's literally useless. Second, if you can't dodge the puffer fish attack, the spiders aren't your biggest problem.

You know, we all make choices. And I wasn’t mentally prepared (or prepped with the right badges) to go into that fight. Weaver song worked great for me in the coliseum, which is why I had it equipped. And I think I’m doing alright as I’m only a few percent away from 112 but you know.

Damage to the engine can affect speed, which could be why he is going faster than you. Engines as well so you can check if maybe you have a engine with less horsepower than he does which could be why he goes faster than you. Also if you are both currently just taking quick jobs he might just be lucky and getting a better truck.

And if you quick travel to Denver it actually drops you off at Limon Colorado. I grew up close to there, went to Rio Griffins’s truck stop as a kid often. Now there’s a Flying J stop on the other side of I-70 (where the game drops you off on quick travel).

If you want to go faster, change your shifter setting to sequential and manually shift gears yourself. Imo the automatic setting is buggy and doesn't totally work on hills, for instance I'm maxed on engine and almost transmissions in a Kenworth W900 and it still loses so much speed going up hills with a heavy load while in the auto mode

Nice vid! I love ATS myself. A couple tips: 1. F2 toggles your mirrors 2. Your headlights have to be on between 7 PM and 7 AM in-game but you can enable automatic headlights in gameplay settings so you never have to worry about it I also like downloading truck mods from the steam workshop, plenty of free ones that are very good quality. Happy trucking!

I did EVENTUALLY figure out the mirrors, but thank you so much for this. But omg, I can automatically enable the lights? You will save me so much money in fines! I haven’t bought my own truck yet, just been hoarding, but that is a great tip for the truck mods. I’m even contemplating buying a steering wheel soon. I love this game so much.
