I have met Grey DeLisle at Fan Expo Chicago 2024 on Saturday August 17, 2024 with my mom my lovely childhood voice actress I grew up of her characters of Emily Elizabeth Howard in Clifford the Big Red Dog 2000 TV Show, Daphne Blake in What’s New, Scooby-Doo?, Kitty Katswell in T.U.F.F. Puppy, Sam Mason in Danny Phantom, Lizzie Devine in Codename Kids Next Door, and Vicky / Tootie / Principal Waxelplax / Tooth Fairy / Chad / Veronica in The Fairly OddParents (2001) and thanks for being part of my childhood I grew up. 🙏🏻😍❤️🥰

Catherine Disher is the definitive Jean and I prefer her over Jennifer Hale. But I also understand why they went with Hale for the role in '97. The newer cast voices are more conversational in their delivery, and Hale fits in better with that style than Disher would have, especially in her dialogue with Scott. I still miss Disher in the role and think I would've preferred her, but I've also accepted Hale as the replacement. It's also nice that Hale retains a bit of Disher's delivery style with Jean's dialogue, rather than how she voiced the character in Wolverine & the X-Men.

I was also sort of crushed when Catherine Disher wasn't back as Jean. Val Cooper (who I was familiar with and is an interesting character) does have insane gravity with her performance, though.

Man they ruined Rogue and Magneto by putting it into the shows canon. Can't unsee it... Making them screw each other during the brotherhood is good god.. so close to being pedo... She would be soooooooooo young... Every time I hear her voice now it's just yeah... And now Magneto, 1 of the coolest villains comes off as a pedo predator dude... Show is so damn cool, but now they completely ruined the characters. They should have honestly just did a completely new show cause the damage is done.
