Alan is a delight to look at even now, I wish I had the pleasure of meeting him. You’re so lucky you got to meet him in time. He was so gently and had so much patience with fans. A trait not many celebrities have and that made him an amazing person. Still greatly missed 🥺❤️

What is with the chick who cries? For cripes sakes! He's just human being. Not some god-like creature sent to us for worshipping. He eats. He puts clothes on. He poops. Just like any other human being. Don't get me wrong; I love me some Alan Rickman. But it's so silly to cry over meeting a celebrity. Never did understand that.

@meghank3lix (continued) as he's signing. The barricades are to the right if you are facing the theater. That means you should turn left as you exit the play.

@meghank3lix I don't know if he'll come out after the matinee if there's an evening performance but I see no reason why you can't stand out there after the evening show so long as you have your playbill. Nobody will know which show you attended. Try to get out there just as the show is ending so you will be at the front of the barricades. You'll probably get his autograph regardless, but if you're at the front you will be right next to him and can have your picture taken with him

@hermione624420 Well, I would say that the play is, most definitely, for an older audience but I did see some kids your age (one was probably younger than you) and he actually posed for pictures with them. He didn't do that with anyone else that night.

I like very much the blond girl with glasses who silently cryes of happiness, and tries to keep her dignity ! She's very quiet and discret, she's a real fan, I guess.

It was good of Alan to sign so much on this night, considering he had forgotten to take the pork chops out of the freezer to defrost properly.

@BabsBlack It took about 20 minutes. The other actors arrived first and signed autographs/took pictures. Then we had to wait a while for Alan to appear.

Did he take too long to appear there? I´m planning on seeing the play on December 14 and afterwards I really want to go to the backstage door, but I´ve got a curfew "/

he's kind as always, I love how gracefully he handles his fans...calm, steady and friendly. I saw him in Dublin close up and personal last year and he treated us the same way...signed almost every picture, made photographes with everyone who wanted to be on a picture with him. You don't feel so stupid as fan, if someone like him treat you with so much dignity!

Its interesting to see the impact this guy has on people. I mean, look at the girl in the grey coat! One little hand shake and she starts to cry. She can't even take her eyes off of him either. What makes It funny is that he seems completely oblivious to it.
