It never ceases to amaze me when people mispronounce names (Lan-cia) even though they have segments in their videos where the names are pronounced correctly (Lan-cha).

If the fans want to risk their life to watch the excitement of ralley racing, then that’s their personal decision. Crazy how people are able to jump from airplanes legally but not let able to watch a dangerous race.

Someone killing himself on his own is one thing, but in rallying, there is also a car involved. You can not force a driver to live with the fact that he or she killed someone, even if that person is an idiot. There is actual footage of drivers after the Portuguese rally saying they didn't like coming to Portugal, that they don't want to live for the rest of their lives knowing they killed somebody.

The crazy thing about the Quattro is that, other than the wings and spoilers, it was a very ordinary looking "3 box" design. The Lancia, Ford, Peugeot, Renault, etc looked pretty wild.

I vaguely remember being a little boy age 8-10 when I was glued to the TV tube in the living room at weekend afternoons when these Rallyes were broadcast. Rallye was No.1 excitement due to the exotic and ever changing landscape, closely followed by the endurance horror of 24hrs Le Mans with their insane prototypes. Those were the Days of Thunder, man.

Again the design is good but you need to work on your ellipses. Wheels seem to be your Achilles heel.
@tonyregan83153 ай бұрын
It’s a good effort in regards to the design. The only criticism if I may is that the perspective is slightly out, especially the wheel rims, the eclipses haven’t been drawn correctly and look off. Take it as constructive criticism.

As thrilling as they are, they were obsolete by the time they saw daylight. Zora Arkus Duntov declared this body " not a good car but a bad airplane " The cure would have been to flip the nose upside down and mount mount the engine amidships. Then deliver the ol' mess to Texas where Jim Hall would rechristian them as his Chaparral series. True story . Chucho Agrelot

So we take away from this: 1. that BMW in the McLaren was just an awesome combination 2. 0:25 beautiful women in the grid, looking happy, and no one has a problem with it. Unthinkable today. How sad and humor-free this society has become.

i liked the race car but always hated the road car, its hideous, makes me cringe just looking at it and its age has only made it look dated as well as a disgusting pi it always was. its annoying because the racer looks so good with just small alterations. could have so easily been a worthy opponent to the F40 in the all time super car list, but its not even on my list.

I kind of wished they experimented with an AWD setup for this car, very rear-biased, of course. Like 75/25, maybe 70/30, just enough front wheel grip to pull it back in line when the ass end comes out.

Great car but LM win was pure luck. The regulation context, little competition (few more performant cars at start) and rain. And of course, they put 6 cars in contest. Even Ferrari F40 LM were faster but not as many.
