I am with you on that one, I don’t go for the saggy branches below the pot rim. Some fantastic trees in Spain. ❤

Wonderful video, however, the accompanying music is Han Chinese, not Japanese. (Although the bonsai [pot plant] art originated in China, this is a video of a Japanese bonsai show, with viewing stones and traditional Japanese bonsai styles.) Appreciate the many outstanding Goyo-Matsu (Pinus parviflora) specimens shown, though I have mixed feelings about the thunbergii trunks of many of these. Good parviflora bonsai are among the finest examples of a bonsai artist's long term (and often multi generational) skills.

Brilliant thank you Iv just tryed this i have a out of control wisteria so insted of cutting i tryed this but with soil i didn't have moss so lets see what hapends . Thank you
@Bunjinboy17 ай бұрын
Hello thank you for your message, soil should be ok. The only problem with it is the microbes that live in soil can can be problematic to rooting. See you you go for a month, you can carefully open it up to see if callusing (swelling of cambium) has started at the cut and where it will root, if nothing swap for moss. Good luck keep me posted.
@debradurling3177 ай бұрын
@@Bunjinboy1 thank you for your reply unfortunately I look at it today and the branch I'm using looks like it's dieing the leves are dehydrated never mind I may pick up some stagnant moss and try again . Thank you
@Bunjinboy17 ай бұрын
@@debradurling317 that will be the soil not giving enough moisture to the cut section. Get some moss and try again. 😊
