The worst thing to ever happen to DCI Is synthesizers, colts stadium and electronicK'ing that sound (And 3rd valves)

My band teacher showed us this my freshman year. It completely changed how I saw marching. Absolutely incredible show.

No words. Just shock and awe at its beauty and brilliance. The essence of what great drumcorps art is. Thanks, BD 2014. I remain speechless after every viewing. And shake my head in disbelief. But that's what all great drumcorps shows/performances do to me. The way each member gives their all here is successfully caught on camera.

If my son or daughter were in this show for the final year of marching, I would have been so depressed.

they probably don't enjoy communicating with you anyways, so that's ok

@booker9816 What a dumb remark. What does that have to do woth anything? Btw, I have no son or daughter. By choice. But if I did I know they would love me. I am close with all of my nieces and nephews. They would actually laugh at my comment and agree with me.

What a great ensemble of fantastic performers. Cool drill mostly. But WHAT is that narration? Cringe. And the last two minutes devolves into the second worst DCI show Ive ever seen. Just awful. "Yes we can" Obama getting the final word over JFK. Then the corps says it!! Did this beat Crown at finals? I can't imagine that. This is a really bad creation. It would have been fine without the horrendous narration.

Yea the execution is perfect, but I hate how this show won because it didn’t have the impact. If you watch the bluecoats show that got second, the entire crowd is SCREAMING for the last minute of the show. This show: nothing. Lol

When I really look back at this show, it reminds me a lot of their 2022 and 23 shows. Like the style of it, i guess. Mainly part 1
@MicahtheDrumCorpsPseudoboomer3 ай бұрын
I'd say this is an improvement over their 2022 and 2023 shows. While the front ensemble and some horn soloists are amplified, the entire hornline and drumline are not amplified, resulting in a better sound. Furthermore, although the uniforms are derived from 1988 Sky Ryders, they exhibit an air of dignity that current generation uniforms lack.

Cadets' 2014 show was based on "The Lincoln Portrait", a simple but profound portrait of Lincoln's words, by one man and an orchestra.

And to the other DCI members/owners/Directors/head honchos, make a note to stop sexual misconduct asap, or this happens, on top of the years of trauma that innocent people have to deal with for the rest of their lives. To the parents of DCI, make sure u MEET these drum corp directors in person, and use your instincts, intuition, knowledge, and do your best to discern! RIP Cadets we miss u already!

how is it my first time hearing this show? my marching band (728 cadets) had a musically similar opener in 2018. the season was "out of the box" - obviously nowhere near as complex. it was when our directors wrote the music. its also a 12-18 band
