i love this so much. my favoruite types of videos are postive affirmations, but there’s something so much more comforting when someone expands on the affirmation itself, as you are doing. makes it feel a bit less forced if that makes sense? rather than repeating 15 affirmations off google, you can tell these had more love behind them and i truly appreciate it. 🤎
