Yes age plays a role, your points depends on the number of years you have been contributing to NHT. The longer you are working the more points you would have. However when buying on the open market points do not matter, as such as does not matter I can personally attest to that.

Hi did you qualify for 7.5 for scheme unit purchase or for open market purchase? You may use a co-applicant to apply for a NHT scheme unit, but keep in mind only the person with the higher number of points will be considered for selection. If you choose to purchase on the open market, you will have access to both benefits. So you would get up to 15 million. Please remember this community is not being offered on the open market though.

Hi yes there is taxi service within the area, I am not sure of a community within Spanish Town that doesn't have taxi service. You can get a taxi while walking in the community 😊

Hi, so for the Union Acres I believe they will be offering some of them on the open market. However, the ones being offered by NHT will require you to be a NHT Contributor.
