One's journey to music is often fascinating, which is much the case with Anna Lapwood! But why so short a video??

Nice video. And an excellent initiative. The arr. from Max Reger his Elaboration of the Prelude and Fugue in D from book two of the box well-tempered clavier is a fine find and beautifully played too by Sarah Palmer

That's absolutely true - maestro Stjepan Hauser belongs to classical music as much as classical music belongs to him. Love and appreciate his amazing performances, but most of all his great musical talent and exceptional personality. ❤😊

If I remember correctly, when Voces8 was in Baltimore in October '22, I spoke with Blake and mentioned that I would like to hear you perform this piece! Delightful to hear, especially on a grey and chilly morning at work.

For me, it didn't quite hit the mark. The singing was very fine, but the arrangement had some weak spots and didn't seem to utilize the voices as well as it could have.
