I’ve got a lot of respect for John Scully. He knows his boxing and is a great guy to have in your corner. On the Bivol v Alvarez fight he was right saying Alvarez is small and not a true Light Heavyweight. Beterbiev would have brutally stopped Alvarez and have hurt him bad. Beterbiev is not recognised for his great boxing skill and is known by people who don’t know boxing for just being a puncher. He does nearly EVERYTHING! better than Bivol, people keep going on about Bivol’s great footwork when all he does most of the time is go forwards and backwards in a straight line, very little lateral movement at all. Beterbiev does both forwards and backwards and lateral movement excellently and often. Bivol will get smashed up badly hurt and brutally stopped by Artur, he won’t be able to keep Artur off him because Artur will close the distance gap that Bivol uses in every fight and fight him on the INSIDE! in the POCKET!!!!! He’ll take Bivol out of his comfort zone on the OUTSIDE! and beat him up on the INSIDE! in the POCKET! Artur is the best INSIDE! fighter out there, he comes for a scrap with excellent boxing skills included. 😁
