Daayyyuumm, Billy is on fire and tearin it up. Beyond apparent that his otherworldly talents have been a stratospheric shot for a new surge of Bluegrass revival. All of his band members are each an equal high caliber of musicians as well. Putting his own style on the genre while still honoring and channeling Bill Monroe, Doc Watson, Lester and Earl, and all the other greats before him. Although this music is a bit different, I can't help but be reminded of the simply effortless style of gifted picking talents like Jerry Reed, Glen Campbell, and Roy Clark, just to name a few. They all just breathed their inner spirit of music into their fretboard skills. Billy and his compadres are carrying the torch forward in supreme fine style.

I've lived long. My momma loved bluegrass. Made me listen. Drug me to concerts as a litt'un. She was baptist no dancing allowed. But she would tap her foot right along. Boys my momma would be on front row. Just a grinning. Haven't heard such this good in many a year.

Eric Clapton said the only way to play rockn roll is with chuck riff. Chuck is king BUT he proof here that's is possible to make it swing with single strings. It is possible to use this in Rockn roll too. It's about timing.❤
