Grapthar here, sorry on my account hehe. But yea! Killing your own monster most likely is not the best idea most of the time, haha, but, there are potential scenarios where the benefits to units around it may be worth the sacrifice! I actually don’t know how often players are doing this at the moment (I’d imagine it’s VERY much an edge case hehe), though I have messed around with the idea in challenges with friends.

Great video, this explained a lot I was aware of but wasn't sure where to go or how to actually make use of it. One item i am not sure of is: if i wanted to setup a sponsor account. and the person already has their Splinterlands keys. how would that Sponsor get their Public Key to share with me, for me to add to my posting authority on my account. When you get a spellbook it gives you your keys. but not the Public ones (or am i mistaken here ...its been a few years since i setup an account)

Hi there, Grapthar here thanks for checking out the video! So, you can actually see their public keys on Hiveblocks.com (as shown in the video: search their username, scrolldown and on the left hand side you'll see "Authorities". Also, they're visible on other block explorers like HiveHub.dev, clicking 'Account blockchain data"). Also, the user could go into their Keychain, manage accounts, and copy their public keys from there (that's also where they can reveal AND copy private keys, but of course via this method, there is no need to reveal private keys). Alternatively, they could make a brand new set of keys and add those to their accounts, then provide you with that public key as well, but, if they wanted to use their initial keys without complicating things then you could grab the public key via a block explorer.

This is Grapthar from the video, apologies for the late reply and that I’m replying from a device without the support account on it, hehe. Thanks for this comment! This channel and video guides are gonna be a big focus for us this year, we really want to offer players who learn more visually the same resources as our huge written guide library. I use KZbin guides SO much for other things in my life, music especially, so I am with you in appreciating how helpful videos can be hehe. We definitely want to offer our players as many resources as possible, hopefully this channel is helpful!

Yea, I realized that after, I meant to mention both things (claiming less than 100 had a consequence and surveying less than 100 had a different consequence), but by the time I got there it sorta got garbled together haha. I also didn't mention the guaranteed rarity bit. thanks for catching it though, I edited the subtitles there at least.

I clearly remember getting both the building in a box and time crystals for all 15 of my plots that I surveyed (I have 18) but I don't see the time crystals on any of them by the "active boosts" next to the building in a box boost showing and for 2 of my plots the building in a box boost doesn't show either. Is there a way to look it up to verify? Player name is aironeous Did the time crystal boost just get converted to that !,950 number next to the time crystal symbol I see in the upper right of the screen?

The time crystal portion is correct, those are not connected to a specific plot, and are shown in the top right next to 'grain' balance. Do you have a region/tract/plot number for the ones where you can't see the boosts? And are they occupied land?
