TAKE ADVIL! Trust me 1-2 a day for the first 3 DAYS ONLY. ALSO eating icecream helps as it doesnt hurt but makes the pain numb for a while

I'm 25 and I don't have any boobs. I have always been insecure about my boobs and body especially when people comments on them that you need to eat you don't have anything I have started to ignore people and loving myself the way I am but it's still a long way ❤

Thank you for the tutorial. I know this is super old but it's a great help. I've been wearing double caps, but I've been pulling my hair up by twisting it, using a clip to hold it up and putting the cap on from the front, which has caused me to pull out and lose my hair. I believe thiis will help. Thanks again!

The frame of asians are stinted: the upper back in particular is frail and ……. I’m blanking what’s the opposite of dense: small bone density So narrow frame + frail bones = small outward features You can’t build skyscrapers on any patch of land: the underlying earth has to be a specific type of rock: so you can’t have cheap plastic chinese/korean material (bone) and breasts They’re also genetically flabby but this rolls up in the same concept

This is my first day, with my attachments on. I had no idea how bad it was going to hurt. It’s literally like a good/bad feeling pain (more so pain). Putting them on was alil difficult, even taking them out. I have a habit of wanting to bite down.. and it’s definitely uncomfortable. It feels as if my teeth are so loose, my K9s hurt the worst, too! Everything you mentioned, is exactly what I’m experiencing. Very sensitive teeth rn.. hard to focus bc of the pain. Definitely noticed I’m eating less bc of how much work it is, to take care of them. Having to switch them out every 7 days, is probably going to feel like I’m staring over and over again.

I started a week back, the pain was unbearable for 3 days after 4th day no pain at all. Still have 3 days for next Aligner. Don't know how the pain it will be.
