He's not even laughing. This is scripted. "Host/anchor can't stop laughing at X" is a popular short video format and this was intended to go viral online. You'd never think it from an entertainment company, I know.

@@iii-pro8672 Well if you really want the low down. The main event was, his female co-host, who had been on the same morning show just as long as him, doing exactly the same work. Quite rightly she protested that she wasn't getting payed the same amount as him. The network's response was to fire her, and hire a younger prettier co-host. And all throughout this karl said & did nothing at all to help or support the female host. What a prick.
