The problem with sourcing from India is that shipping costs are very high. Almost double that of China I had the idea of sourcing from India but after reading freight forwarders' quotes I abandoned the idea.

This does not make sense. I'm stuck on the ACP/Importer topics. 1. if Yunige is to become the importer as Toshitaka explained, "we will buy your products" 2. they arrive and go through customs clearance then are delivered to Yunige warehouse for FBA prep. 3. How do they then go into FBA - do they show up in "my" Seller Account inventory or are they sold through Yunige's Seller Account ie. making them the distributor? If Yunige sends to my FBA inventory and sales go through my account, how does the transaction work between me and Yunige as the "importer"? Thx ---

Thanks for your question. The inventory will be in YOUR seller central account in Amazon Japan. Yunige will assist with the import process. Depends. If you’re already in japan then Id say to take the plunge. If you’re in the US I’d say consider your home market first. But depends on the opportunity and competition level (ie weight the pros and cons). Hope that helps and good luck!

China is still going to dominate manufacturing until countries like Mexico find a way to connect buyers to sellers like Alibaba. In this entire video they never answered how to find actual suppliers in Mexico. They just beat around the bush because there isn't a straight forward easy way to find suppliers in Mexico. Such a shame!

1) dropshipping is possible - nothing to prevent you as far as we know 2) foreign companies can sell on Amazon japan no problems 3) we’ve used a professional Amazon selling account especially if you have one in a different marketplace. You can move it into japan with some discounts. Good luck Ismail!

It's pretty self-explanatory for one who is self-sufficient. I started by finding people on the street in Mexico, met a great individual who is now my personal assistant for the past 5 years. She is amazing in sales and negotiating. Now I meet business people and investors at expos, and friends who have friends at golf and country clubs.
